Two story frame with modified steeply pitched roof to add third story. This modification took place in the 1930's. Centered front balcony modified to become gabled front dormer. Three story turrets at each end of building without roofs due to repair of fire damage in 1980s. Replacement windows, some nine over six and some two over two. Full front porch with round wood columns, Doric capitals, rounded central portion and replacement iron balustrade. Double leaf primary entry with transom. Irregular floor plan. Brick foundation.

Modifications to orignal architecture of house were not made by current owner, and the most significant changes were made eighty years ago. While the proposed improvements will not return the house to its original design, they will return a suggestion of its original architecture to the structure.
