Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with gabled front dormer, slate roof covering, finials. Three over one double hung windows with three diamond paned casement windows in dormer. One story three-quarters front porch with balcony. Balcony roof supported with curved sawn wood brackets and includes sawn wood balustrade. First story front porch columns paired and tripled square wood fluted posts on wood piers with recessed panels, sawn wood balustrade, tongue and groove floor and bead board ceiling. Interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Diamond paned leaded transom and sidelights and original full view front entry door.
This house is currently suspended on steel beams, having been jacked up by a previous owner. In order to preserve the house, a neighborhood-based group of investors has purchased it and made plans for its rehabilitation.
