1. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Zoning Ordinance.

APPROVE the development plan for a community pool and parking on parcel 4 and a designated common area on parcel 40, subject to 7 conditions:
1. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Zoning Ordinance.
