One story full front porch with square wood columns with Doric capitals and one story rear porch. Double hung two over two windows. Interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Transom and sidelights at front entry.
Demolition was approved since the structure was a safety issue in the neighborhood. Commission is asked to RATIFY Certificate No. 41403EDG.
