One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with hipped dormers, asphalt shingle roof covering. Double hung one over one windows and four over two pivoting attic windows. One story full front porch with paired wood posts on brick piers, wood enclosed balustrade. Two brick chimneys, one exterior end and one interior offset. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Recessed transom and sidelights.

Ms. Perry has recently purchased this house, and has begun work to secure it and restore the exterior. The Commission is being asked to ratify a previously issued Certificate (42500ONK).
