Two story frame with vinyl siding wall covering. Hip roof with hipped dormers with wood shingled walls, asphalt shingle roof covering. Double hung two over two windows. One story two-thirds front porch with front gabled roof, square brick colulmns and brick balustrade. Interior central brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.

Repair was necessitated immediately by casualty loss caused by fallen tree; Commission is asked to RATIFY Certificate NO. 40902ONK.
