DENY Final Plat
Staff has recommended denial of this plat because an existing Joint Permanent Easement that crosses this portion of the subdivision (serving six lots north of the site) had not been released by the six property owners by the corrections deadline. All property owners have now approved the release of the easement. A new JPE has been established to serve the six lots. The final plat is now in order for approval subject to a waiver of the nine day rule.
