APPROVE. Proposed building follows provisions of Certificate Approved on January 5, 2004 with regard to shape, height (lower than Knollwood) and placement (back of Knollwood). This portion of Certificate is for landscaping, parking and materials.
Approve final materials, landscaping - MODIFICATIONS TO APPEND DETAILS INCLUDED IN 12/2003 APPLICATION, namely that the retaining wall is to be 175' long and no more than 11' tall near the center (and highest point), to be composed of a poured in place foundation and wall structure with brick veneer matching the brick selected for the building, toped with brick coping and a dark bronze decorative metal railing with pickets spaced at 4" on center, and that landscaping shrubs will be planted at the foot of the wall to "soften" its appearance.
