Repair existing vinyl siding; replace windows with wood double hung windows; remove exterior stair and opening, repairing siding; rebuild front porch with wood square posts with capital detail to match neighboring houses; repair/replace rotted floor boards; remove secondary front door; replace existing shingle roof with metal roof, rebuilding roof structure as necessary.
MODIFICATION: REPLACE WINDOWS WITH WOOD DOUBLE HUNG WINDOWS, REMOVE EXTERIOR STAIR, REBUILD FRONT PORCH, REPAIR FLOOR, REMOVE SECOND FRONT DOOR, AND REPAIR THE ROOF STRUCTURE AND INSTALL A STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF. All other items to be reviewed at a later Commission meeting.
