Adopted Fort Sanders Design Guidelines allow staff to issue Certificate for non-contributing buildings, as described in the adopted designation report. Owner owns adjacent parcels and intends to redevelop all as one parcel; he has been made aware of the requirements for new construction contained in the adopted design guidelines.
