One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with hipped dormers, asphalt shingle roof covering. Double hung one over one windows and four over two casement windows in dormers. One story full front porch with paired wood posts on brick piers, wood enclosed balustrade. Two brick chimneys, one exterior end and one interior off set. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. This house is located on a very small corner lot. The entire rear yard is exposed to the street, and currently there is no privacy screening and no rear porch, although a rear access door does exist. Knox Heritage proposes to make the rear door usable, and to construct a fence that will screen the rear yard and provide some privacy to an eventual owner, while restoring he front elevation of the house.
