1. Connection to sanitary sewer and meeting any other relevant requirements of the Knox County Health Department.
2. Receiving approvals for the proposed driveway access to Norris Freeway from the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT).
