Consideration of an amendment to the Knoxville City Code, Appendix B, Zoning Code, Article 2.3, Definitions, to amend the definition for Independent Living Facilities to allow evidence to be supplied to the Zoning Administrator showing that no portion of the structure is intended for use as, or actually used as, more than one (1) rental unit, regardless of the number of leases.
