The Historic Zoning Commission approved the demolition of the building located at 2110 Washington under Certificate No. 40402EDG, due to the deteriorated condition and altered appearance of the designated building. The proposed infill building is appropriately designed to blend with other houses on Washington Avenue. The adopted design guidelines for this district allow the use of Hardi-plank on new buildings.
