Remove added flat roof porch section to return porch to original configuration; install 6" square or greater porch columns with plain capitals and bases; install porch rail with set in balustrade of 2"x2" ballusters on 5 to 6" centers; install tongue and groove porch floor and repair beadboard ceiling; demolish rear enclosed lean-to porch and install small rear deck with wood steps approximately 5'x8'; remove asbestos boards and install substitute siding to duplicate appearance of original siding; repair or replace existing storm windows and paint; replace rear door with appropriate entry door; remove existing lattice on front porch; replace unoriginal window at rear with appropriately sized window; repair fascia as necessary.
