Helen Ross McNabb has agreed in a letter dated January 20, 1999, that they "reserve the right to construct housing appropriate to the neighborhood and the established historical guidelines." It should be made clear that anything constructed on the lot, now only housing, but also parking or other permanent improvements, must receive favorable historic zoning commission review prior to construction.
