The staff recommends approval of this request to extend the approval of this Concept Plan.Andrew Smiddy of Eagle Bend Development has requested the approval of the Concept Plan for the Harrison Springs Subdivision be extended for a period of one year. This plan was originally approved by MPC in April 2005. A Concept Plan approval expires two years from the date of approval unless a final plat has been approved or extension has been granted by MPC. No final plat has been approved by MPC since that time. All Concept Plans expire after a period of five years from the date of the original approval.
