DENY. A directional/identification sign is allowed within the Knollwood development, in accordance with the design guidelines. The design guidelines specify that the signs may be no more than 36" high and contain no more than nine square feet.

New building constructed several years ago with approval of HZC.
This application is for a sign that is 36" high. However, the width of the sign is from 50" to 72" wide. The lettering of the sign is no more than 9 square feet, the stone background creates a larger sign totalling 12-18 sq. ft.
