One story two-thirds front porch with wood columns, Doric capitals, wood floor and beadboard ceiling. One interior brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Transom at front entry.
The "Wall Coverings" section of the adopted design guidelines (pg. 14, #3) provides that "Concrete composition planks may be appropriate for new construction."
