Roofing; Windows; Other: Remove front porch enclosure and brick veneer

Reroof; remove front porch enclosure and restore open front porch with roof supported by square wood columns (6"x6" or 8"x8"); repair window sills; replace deteriorated rear porch iron railing with pressure treated railing with square 2"x2" spindles; remove brick chimney added on front elevation; repair gutters; repair existing aluminum siding as necessary.

Craftsman with Neotraditional influence (c.1925).

One story frame with artificial siding and added brick veneeer wall cladding and one-half wall cladding on front elevation. One over one double hung windows. Side gabled roof with asphalt hsingle roof covering. One exterior front (added) brick chimney and one interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.


Additions made to the house c.1970 have obscured the original design and are now causing structural problems as they fail, and create problems in the original fabric of the building.
