Two story frame with asbestos shingle wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle covering, sawn wood bargeboard. One story full front porch with wood columns with Ionic capitals. Added second and third front entry doors. Double hung one over one windows. Interior offset stuccoed chimney. Brick foundation. Eastlake attic window. Rectangular plan.

This is a minor adjustment to the exterior design originally approved for Mr. Vaughen on Certificate No. 80201EDG, and will make the final design of the rear addition more in keeping with the original design. Commission is asked to ratify Certificate No. 22302EDG.
