LEVEL ONE CERTIFICATE: Remove vinyl siding, repair exterior walls as necessary, and replace vinyl with wood siding; repair roof structure and install asphalt shingles; replace front porch floor in kind, repair porch roof and install round wood columns with size to be determined later; repair masonry and point brick as necessary using specifications of Preservation Brief No. 2; install double hung wood windows with size and pane configuration to be determined when estimates are received; install rear deck, not visible from street. Applicant intends to build rear garage and will request Certificate for that construction at later date.
