APPROVE Level II work. The proposed work is consistent with the adopted Fourth & Gill Design Guidelines, and is not visible from the front of the house.

Level I portion: Install rear doors, not visible from public streets, from kitchen and rear bedroom. (
Level II portion: Construct rear deck, partially visible from public streets, and remove enclosure for portion of rear porch, replacing with screen; install wood or metal railing to replace existing metal railing on previously construct concrete handicapped ramp or remove handicapped ramp.

Two story frame with artificial wall covering. Side gable roof with front gable wing. Six over six double hung windows. One story front and side wrap around porch with round columns with Doric capitals, brick buttresses at front steps. Two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.


NOTE: A Level I certificate have been approved. This request is for the Level II portion of the work.
