Replace storefront with glass divided horizontally with mullions; replace entry door with full view entry; replace windows with full arch windows matching existing; repair cornice as necessary.
G. W. Albers Drug Store. Two story brick, elaborate pressed metal cornice with brackets and modillions and raised central arch, rowlock arched second story windows, storefront altered. Large pressed metal three dimensional mortar and pestle removed from top of central arch at muich earlier date.
Applicant has answered the questions raised by the Knoxville Historic Zoning Commission in its review of October 17, 2002, and Commission is asked to APPROVE Certificate No. 12203(#14)MKT.
