Construct new two story 32x16 gable roofed addition to east side of house with front porch, and duplicating wood covering and windows found on original house on parcel.

Haun-Sharp House. Two story, three bay frame house with weatherboard wall covering. Standing seam metal side gable roof. Piered brick foundation. Two over two double hung wood windows on main portion of house, three over one double hung windows on rear ell. Decorative attic vents. Fr4ont porch with sawn wood balustrade. Decorative drop pendants on porch between round wood columns with Doric capitals, lattice work under porch. Side porch with decorative sawn brackets, wood posts. Enclosed side porch.

The design of the proposed addition conforms to the adopted design guidelines for new construction and additions (pg. 41-42).
