Neoclassical Commercial (1910)

Caldwell Building. Two story brick building with paired fixed glass windows with transoms. Altered storefront.

The Caldwell Building was occupied by Caldwell's Department Store, then drug stores and in 1965, Bower's Department Store.


The proposed awning is a shelf awning in the appropriate location (E-1 through 4); signage will be located in the space above the storefront and below the second story windows as provided in the adopted design guidelines (D1).
