APPROVE Certificate No. 13004TZL (Level III), provided the roof pitch is modified to 7/12. In other respects, the building meets the design guidelines. It incorporates a front porch, appropriate setbacks and landscaping, and appropriate siding.
Construct new two story home with vinyl siding, brick clad foundation, shed roofed front porch, paired windows and side gable 7/12 slope roof with lower front cross gable. House will be 98' from right of way line of Tazewell Pike (minimum setback is 96'), and 12' from each property line. Landscape plan shows two red maples in front yard and 2 dogwoods in rear yard.
A Certificate should not be issued until the roof slope is confirmed at 7/12 or greater.
