Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with asphalt shingle covering and modillions under eaves. Double hung one over one windows. One story three-quarter gabled front porch with Roman brick columns and balustrade. Rusticated cast concrete block foundation. Rectangular plan. Leaded glass transom.

This application was before you in January. Roof replacement and repair of rear windows were approved at that time. I learned immediately following the meeting that the owner, Mr. Montgomery, had been snowed in in Minneapolis and was unable to return to attend the commission meeting. He requested that this matter be placed before you again.
