Repair/rebuilt fire damaged sections, to duplicate original roof; install dimensional shingle roof covering, replacing fire damaged metal shingles; replace asphalt shingles on porch roofs (front and rear) with same roofing shingle; remove rear vent, but retain, repair and reflash if necessary two front chimneys. Repair gutters. Repair small section of siding on rear, replacing wood siding with wood lap siding of the same dimension.
Roofing material is typical of other newer installations in the district and has been approved by the Historic Zoning Commission in those instances.
