Brick foundation. Interior offest brick chimney. Two over one and three over one double hung wood windows Two thirds front porch with square wood columns with Doric capitals. Irregular plan. Deteriorated condition.
Applicant has indicated intention to construct structure that is residential in appearance and consistent with adopted Village of Concord Design Guidelines. Final design of infill structure will be approved at later time.
