One story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Cross gable roof with asphalt shingle covering, circular sawn wood attic vent. Enclosed front porch with entry stoop. Double hung two over two windows. One interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.


This is in a section of the neighborhood zoned O-1/H-1, with a number of small scale commercial/office uses in the immediate area. The changes to the rear yard are of no concern. However, while signage is acceptable, the sign should conform to the Knoxville Zoning Ordinance, and should not be large enough to be intrusive in the neighborhood. A 2'x2' sign is acceptable.
