Variances

1. To reduce the utility and drainage easement under existing retaining wall from 10' under southwest lot line from 10' to 0' as shown on plat.
2. To reduce the utility and drainage easement under existing retaining wall from 5' to 0' under lot line being created by this plat
3. To reduce the utility and drainage easement from 10' to 0' along rear lot lines of Lots 1 and 2 as shown on plat.
