Existing siding hs deteriorated due to moisture intrusion from wind and rain, as west elevation fronts vacant lots on Gratz Street and Caswell Avenue. West elevation will receive new poplar siding with width and overlap to match existing, and new cedar wood shingles in the gable field. Faҫade (south elevation) will receive scraping and painting.
