One story frame with asbestos shingle wall covering. Cross gable roof with shallow slope and asphalt shingle roof covering. Paired six over one windows. Exterior side brick chimney with flanking three light casement windows. Full front porch with brick piers and pierced brick balustrade with concrete coping, chamfered wood posts on outside piers. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.


The owner of the property neighboring this house has purchased this house with the intention of demolishing it, and retaining but not redeveloping the vacant property. The house has been condemned because defects were found in the roof, walls, foundation, windows and electrical service. The house was deteriorated when the NC-1 overlay was instituted, and residents and members of the HZC discussed then the likelihood that it could not be saved.
