One story frame with artificial siding. Hip roof with lower cross gables, asphalt shingle roof covering, altered front attic vent. One story shed roofed, one-half front porch with turned wood columns. One over one double hung windows. Cutaway bay on front elevation. Interior offset brick chimney. Raised brick foundation. Irregular plan.

The size and design of the original, extremely deteriorated, current windows is being duplicated with the proposed replacement windows. The original windows have not been maintained and are not reusable.
