Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Gambrel roof with hipped dormers with dentil molding, asphalt shingle roof covering, wood hsingles and circular gable vent. One story three-quarter front porch with dentil molding, triple round wood posts on shingled piers with Ionic capitals nad sawn wood balustrade. Projecting bay on east elevation. Double hung one over one windows. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.

This house has been condemned and vacant for several years, while the owner looked for ways to rehabilitate it. The changes he is proposing, while they do not result in an exterior restoration, are consistent with the adopted design guidelines. The owner intends to reduce the density, and to repair features as necessary. In some cases, windows and other details will be returned to their original size and added interior walls will also be removed.
