Two story frame with asbestos shingle wall covering. Side gable roof with projecting front gable porch, asphalt shingle and asphalt roll roof covering, dentils at eaves and sawn wood brackets at eaves on projecting front gable. Cornice returns on projecting front gable, lunette window. Two story three-quarter central front porch with hbalcony with leaded glass double entry doors and wrought iron balustrade. Interior end brick chimney. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Sidellights at front entry. Entablature above first floor front entry with console brackets. Leaded glass fanlight and trams at first floor entry. Second dwelling unit constructed to the east of main structure, also two story but at reduced roof elevation, with round wood columns at front entry, asbestos shingle wall covering.


New owner is working to correct code deficiencies and has begun rehabilitation of house, with initial work to occur primarily on interior and on house systems to correct life safety problems.
