One story one bay offset porch with exposed rafters, stuccoed rectangular posts on stuccoed balustrade. Interior offset stuccoed chimney. Stuccoed foundation. Irregular plan. Recessed transom over front entry.
Six inch gutters were common on houses of this era because of the steeply pitched roofs.
