APPROVE the draft ordinance amendment making minor revisions to the new City of Knoxville Zoning Ordinance; specifically changing the wording from "should" to "shall" in section 8.2.A and adding language stating that the area may be composed of many lots with a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet.

Purpose

Minor amendments to the newly adopted City of Knoxville Zoning Ordinance to clarify review of special uses, appointments to Design Review Board, application of sign standards, and minimum size for Institutional District zoning.
