New building constructed several years ago with approval of HZC.A directional/identification sign is allowed within the Knollwood development, in accordance with the design guidelines. However, these signs may be no more than 3 feet high and may contain no more than nine square feet per tenant. There is no provision for a monument sign, specifically. The types of signs allowed in the design guidelines include placement on a directory sign, a wall sign, and inclusion on a canopy.
The sign being applied for is 15 sq.ft., just for the lettered portion, and 51 sq. ft. for the sign and rock base together.
