One story front and side wrap around porch pariclaly enclosed with turned wood posts and beaded wood spandrels, sawn wood brackets. Double hung one over one windows. Interior offset brick corbelled chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan.
Applicant was unable to complete original ambitious scope of project, because condition of roof made extremely expensive repairs necessary, but hopes to revisit and complete exterior restoration in the future.
