Original George Barber Design No. 40 in "Cottage Souvenir No. 2" known as the residence of F. E. McArthur (documentation attached).
Applicant proposes to restore much of the original appearance of the George F. Barber-design McArthur Residence, returning a long neglected building to its historical architectural appearance.
