Replace existing aluminum front door with new wood craftsman style door; Repair original windows; Add new gutters.

Site Info

One and one-half story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Side gable roof with gable dormer, asphalt shingle covering, rafters and knee braces. One story full front porch with square wood posts on brick piers. Double hung three over one windows, altered façade fenestration. Exterior end brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.

The Edgewood/Park City Design Guidelines state, "An entrance door should be consistent with the design of the historic house, and should have a transom and sidelights, if those were included in the original design… If (the door) must be replaced, the replacement door should be wooden or painted to resembel wood, with appropriate recessed panels."
