Level I. Standard repair; Level II. Major structural repair or replacement

Level I: Repair or replace siding and trim boards in kind, if necessary. (Level I - Certificate issued 10/13/2009).

Level II: Install gutters and downspouts. Install railings on front and sides of front porch, 2x2 sawn wood spindles set into top and bottom rails. Construct steps at side of front porch from driveway, using matching brick.
