Remove artificial siding; repair wood siding in kind; repair front porch in kind; remove asphalt shingles; remove and rebuild previously enclosed rear porch; remove paint from masonry using Preservation Brief No. 2.
One and one-half story frame with aluminum siding wall covering. Hip roof with front and rear offset gables and front dormer, asphalt shingle roof covering and imbricated shingles in front gable. One over one double hung windows. One story two-thirds front porch with hip roof, turned wood columns with sawn wood brackets, sawn wood balustrade, tongue and groove floor and bead board ceiling. Two brick interior offset chimneys, one rear exterior brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan. Projecting bay on front elevation.
Applicant is removing artificial siding and restoring appearance of historic building. Commission is asked to RATIFY Certificate No. 1022024&G.
