Greg and Rena Webb purchased this house, which was condemned, about five years ago. At that time, Mr. Webb received a Certificate to make some temporary repairs to the porch, informing the Commission that his primary involvement with the house would be in bringing the plumbing, electrical, HVAC and structure up to code. Those things have been accomplished, and Mr. Webb is ready to turn his attention to the exterior and the porch. He has still not formulated the final plans for the exterior, but intends as much as possible to do an exterior restoration.
