Level I. Standard repair; Level II (extend Certificate 804044&G)

Level I: Rebuild masonry wall under front porch, reusing existing plan and brick if possible, using soft mortar. Level II: Previously approved as Certificate 804044&G: Replace windows, with windows identical in size (replacing sashes) with one over one double hung windows that will match the one over one windows on the first floor, or in the alternative, six light interior grid and exterior grid upper sashes which will match the current second story windows but will not be consistent with one over one original windows on the first floor.
