Add gable roof dormer to rear of house, not visible from street, with wood siding wall covering and asphalt shingle roof; replace existing 4"x4" columns and lattice railing with turned columns (6"x6") and railing with turned or 2"x2" balusters set into top and bottom rails and on no more than 5"-5-1/2" centers.

Hip roof with lower cross gables and clipped gables, pentagonal louvered wood attic vent on front façade, and asphalt hsingle roof covering. One over one double hung windows with Queen Anne stained glass transoms on front façade. One story two bay front porch with replacement square wood posts with insert lattice panels in balustrade. Two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Projecting bay on frotn façade with vertical board paneled apron. Herringbone brick sidewalk.
