James B. Dunn Mansion. Two story frame with asbestos shingle wall covering. Side gable roof with projecting front gable porch, asphalt shingle covering, dentils at eaves and sawn wood brackets at eaves on projecting front gable. Cornice returns on projecting front gable, lunette window. Two story three-quarter central front porch with balcony with leaded double entry doors and wrought iron balustrade. Interior end brick chimney and two interior offset brick chimneys. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. Sidelights at front entry. Entablature above firest floor front entry with console brackets. Leaded glass fanlight and transoms at first floor entry. Two story addition c.1920 on east elevation with console at front entry.
