The JPE documents have now been submitted to the City Law Office, and if they are approved prior to the Planning Commission meeting, the applicant will be requesting a waiver of the 9 day rule and approval of the final plat. With approval of the easement documents, the proposed subdivision meets the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and the Minimum Subdivision Regulations.
