Staff Recommendation
DENY Final Plat
Staff has recommended denial of this plat because the Joint Permanent Easement documents (easement document and maintenance agreement) were not submitted to the City Law Office for review and approval by the corrections deadline. The JPE documents have now been submitted to the City Law Office, and if they are approved prior to the Planning Commission meeting, the applicant will be requesting a waiver of the 9 day rule and approval of the final plat. With approval of the easement documents, the proposed subdivision meets the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and the Minimum Subdivision Regulations.
